Heather Duhon Moore
Heather was born and raised in Iberia Parish. She has earned a bachelors degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette majoring in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern University Law Center in 2013. While in law school Heather clerked for the Louisiana Attorney General's Office and multiple personal injury firms. After graduating, she then clerked for the honorable Judge Paul J. deMahy in the 16th Judicial District.

Heather is licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana. Her areas of focus are family and criminal law. She is a member of the Inns on the Teche and the Louisiana Bar Association.
Heather was also chosen to participate in Leadership Iberia Class XVII, a program designed to inspire and renew leadership commitment in a diverse group of participants from a cross-section of the community including age, gender, profession, ethnicity, leadership and volunteer experience.
